PiPress story references a $10 million city contribution (the limit after
the last stadium referendum) from Minneapolis in addition to a
stock-ownership plan, but doesn't quote anyone saying they support such a
contribution.

While $10 mil looks small next to a $300-450 mil stadium plan, it's still a
pretty big chunk of change, people shouldn't start talking like the city
WILL give even that much. What are the chances the city would appropriate
even the $10 million max, in the wake of the affordable housing debate and
after a new crop of council members (though no one knows how big a crop)?
