The point of this polling is to win an convention endorsement, nothing
more, nothing else. There are a fixed number of DFL delegates who move in
blocks on specific simple issues. Unless her opposition really goes
beserk and attacks she will control the agenda. By credentialing everyon
last spring it's not easy to pack a convention.

Labor looks like it's given her a really solid endorsement. Say that
gives her 40% of the delegates at the start. She only needs to paste
together 21 more percent who care about economic development more than
airport noise.

Unless there is a very serious well organized focus on making the entire
race a referendum on her, not issues directly this thing will be over
before it even starts.

Anybody else get a PR piece from her today? She has money and name
recognition, usually that's all you need to get around a lousy public
record.

Evan.
