[Mpls] Why the NRP Sucks, Part 1--No More From Me

I've been through the "He said"; "Did Not"; "Did To"; Did Not" before
and I suspect that no one is really interested in another round.  So I'm
not going through it again except to note that the additional "facts"
are not accurate.
