Tuesday Night the Stonewall DFL passed the motion below:
We support the efforts of the employee of Lavender Magazine to organize for
Union representation. We encourage the publisher of Lavender to recognize
and work with the union efforts.
This resolution will be forwarded to the publisher of Lavender. We will also
forward the resolution to candidates for public office in Minnesota and
encourage them to send similar supportive messages to the publisher as they
consider advertising in the publication. We will also forward this
resolution to leaders of organized labor in Minnesota.
