All very good questions. Some of answers are provided in earlier
postings on this forum. Unfortunately, the answer to most of the
questions is that "nobody knows."
It is, of course, propaganda. (On the positive side, you can say it is a
"celebration of every American's right to free speech.")
These kinds of things have a recipe. It goes something like this.
(1) Decide who you like and who you dislike in politics.
(2) Pick out votes where those you like come out at 100% and those you
dislike come out at 0%.
(3) Give yourself a name that kind of vaguely sounds noble and
preferably sounds like some kind of nonpartisan think tank.
(4) Print up your "research" under the name of your organizational alter
ego.
(5) Mail it out.
(6) Crawl back into your hole but listen for the sound of fighting
outside.
(7) Chuckle
