On the
other side of 35W, 38th is a speedway to Hiawatha. And the road and curbs
are in need of a great deal of repair. Did anybody address the need for
road improvements on 38th? Increases to the road surface or maintenance to due
increased traffic? Or safety measures for residents so that it doesn't become a
freeway between the new LRT station at Hiawatha and 35W? And what kind of
economic impact was done all the way down 38th, not just at the 35W
intersection?
