Baloney! The traffic is not naturally calmed on either 35th or 36th streets.
People barrel through there like their pants are on fire. Ask the people on the
corners who, many of them, have give up replacing their fences. These two streets
were changed so that the traffic can "shoot straight through" Central. Then they
return to a more natural stae once they hit Powderhorn.I'm not impressed with the
dunce-cap engineering that went into creating this mess.
