I have a question about NRP dollars going into
housing...Are neighborhoods able to use their NRP
dollars to essentailly act as banks, where they use
their NRP money to buy the mortgages (or make the
loans) and the payments are then made into the
neighborhood accounts?
This way the neighborhoods could continue to reinvest
their NRP housing funds in perpetuity.
