releases often seem a bit to hyped for an e-mail conversation, this list
is much more than just talk.
>From an organizational perspective (E-Democracy) the fact that press
releases are sent show the value of this forum in the community. So while
I encourage those sending announcements to keep the "just the
facts" advice of Arthur in mind, I see a tremendous value in full text
dissemination.
