Well, Alan had me earn my Park Board pay today trying to figure out the
problem down by the Federal Reserve Bank and the busstop. My research has
come up with this response from my staff. We have heard about the plans for
this park and its impacts on several occasions, the last time being in 1999
as referenced below.
Alan, all this may not make you happy but it seems your resident's group
did know of the actions and did write a letter to that fact. Best you
check in with them on the problems you stated in your message.
