This is classic Mpls policy, by people (the movers and shakers) who have
no regard for people (the rest of us) who use the bus.
Why should they care, they have a car, and if you don't own a car well,
that's your fault.
This city doesn't surprise me anymore, they seemingly can get all sorts
of inept policy into the real world.
