I wondered why they didn't want people to vote on the option of making the
MCDA independent.
The survey seemed to have an agenda behind of of reducing elected officials
or elected officals from full time or part time. Seemed to be rather
biased.
Why didn't they have an option of keeping the various boards but urging
them to work more cooperatively?
