I believe the MPRB receives funding from sources other than just local
assessments/sources, which would account for the seemingly high per capita
budget referenced earlier. It would be useful to have a breakout on all
funding sources and amounts to help keep everything in perspective.
However, regardless of the funding source, I believe it is still all public
funds.
