Hello,
I'm a new subscriber to this email list, and I find myself compelled by
the interesting discussions and debates. I'm sitting here looking over a
map of Minneapolis neighborhoods and comparing it to the Ward Map. How,
when, and why are these boundaries defined as they are? Why don't the
ward boundaries correspond to the neighborhood boundaries? If anyone has
insight on this please fill me in. I'm forever captivated by maps of the
city.
