To address Mr. Piehl and Ms. Forbes very important concerns:
Mr. Piehl has presented this case on the forum as if it is a secret. It is
not, however I am disinclined to talk about it on the forum at this time
since it is an open case in the federal court.
This lawsuit involves some of my tenants (prominently hispanic and
african-american) who believe that their civil rights and other rights have
been violated. I took the liberty to sue the Mpls police and the CCP-Safe
officer (who is no loner with the department...I wonder why).
But if Mr. Piehl has pressing information that this forum so urgently needs
to hear (as he has made it appear that it is an important Minneapolis issue),
please let us know. For the record, I have been a long time critic of the
CCP-Safe department, years before this lawsuit. I don't believe that this
department will last long in the city of Minneapolis. That is my opinion. I
disengaged myself from the little cnia-chat group to avoid all of the petty
little personal harrassment and it's sad that some feel they need to bring it
on a respected forum to try to reach me. Feel free to write me an email if
