McDonald, a Democrat, is a Council Member representing the 10th ward and candidate for Mayor of Minneapolis. �I am proud to have the members of UE Local 1139 by my side through the Fall primary. I know, as Mayor, I would do a great job representing the members of unions and the working men and women of our City,� McDonald said. Local 1139�s Financial Secretary Karel Hoogenradd said, �When we screened Lisa it became increasingly clear that she stood for working people.
