Isn't this almost verbatim the article printed a few weeks back in City
Pages about this Mayor.  I read it somehwere not too long ago. I even
thought we had some dialogue about it on the e-list. Wasn't there some
discussion about how difficult it is to live in the outer rings due to lack
of transportation and accessible services for these new residents after
they are used to the centralization of resources within the city core???
