Only Central Committee members can vote on the issues of endorsement but the
meeting is open to the public. I'm not sure whether non-members can speak
on the issue of endorsement (Brian Melendez, will you post an answer to
that?), but it will certainly be an interesting meeting to attend.
Any DFLer, whether or not a member of the Central Committee, may speak
at the meeting.
