Sorry, maybe I should have been more specific and said registered
voters (or simply those inclined to vote). The point being that without
a large turnout of student votes Mr. Gordon cannot defeat Ms. Campbell.
BTW, I don't think that you should include graduate students when referring
to the "student body," at least in this context. I don't think that the voting
patterns of graduates students are as predicable as under grads. For example,
graduate students just rejected the formation of a union. Additionally, a
significant percentage of grad students are not eligible to vote.

There are three outcomes to the primary: Campbell/Zerby, Cambell/Gordon,
and Zerby/Gordon. I would personally like to see the latter, but expect to see
the first, which I believe has the highest probability of unseating Ms. Campbell.
I think that Mr. Zerby, believes as I do, that the Cambell/Gordon match has
a low probability of success. For the record, I would be thrilled to see the
Green party win the election and in the event of Zerby/Gordon match my vote
would go to Mr. Gordon. However, in any case, I would prefer not to see
Ms. Campbell in office next year (unless she's willing to give out DUI tickets
on University Blvd.).
