I will give you the answer I assume you are looking
for. The author of the DFL plan for new legislative
districts is Senator Larry Pogemiller who represents
Northeast, Southeast and Downtown Minneapolis. The
only changes to his senate district (which is also
mine) is the addition of some precincts on the west
bank.

PS His plan is far superior to the Governor's, which
would place part of NE in SD 58 on the North side.
Personally, trading Len Biernat for Joe Mullery is not
a pleasant prospect for me.
