Just talking with folks, we're hearing the same thing--PPL manages a property that we were appointed as the administrator. They report that, for the first time in 2 1/2 years, they have to place an ad in the newspaper to find tenants for two units in a fourplex. They have also asked if they can lower the rent. Sure hope this is a sign. We'll see, though I wouldn't go so far as to start shifting resources to other things, as Craig suggests.
