There have been two delays, I think. For the first, moving
the date from September to December, the attorney argued
that due to September 11, Sabri could not get a fair trial
being a Palestinian.  The second I don't know. Sabri did say
that he wanted the trial postponed as long as possible. It
also keeps Herron twisting in the wind which, from Sabri's
point of view is all to the good since he considers his
problem to be entirely of Herron's making. But, since it
takes two to tango....
