Rather than speculate and/or read the ream of transcripts, I'll assume the appropriate authorities will take the appropriate action, thus leaving me to contemplate Mpls. crows, juicy lucys, MPS class size and budgets, the city budget, local arts, the planetarium or lack thereof, surface/groundwater issues and other local miscellany.
