         It might also be useful for Annie Young to indicate who they are 
-- who are the 5 and the 4 commissioners she is talking about?
         It used to be easy to identify the groups on the board -- it was 
the boys against the girls (with Dean Z. voting as a girl).  Now it's much 
harder to distinguish the groups.  I've heard the Parks & Recreation Board 
referred to as the "park'ers" (environmentalist/gardens/land preservation) 
vs. the "recreation'ers" (sports & group activities), but I don't know if 
that is accurate.  Annie?

P.S.  I'm trusting that identifying the players by name would not violate 
our list rules regarding personal attacks, right?  After all, they are all 
elected officials and their votes are public record.
