Well, looking at my agenda it is item #12 on pg. 4. Not sure how many controversial issues are before the Hardware store but we start at 4:30 so my guess would be close to 5:30/6:00. And we meet up in the new remodeled council chambers this week -Rm 317. Current staff recommendations are to deny the two actions: rezoning and reducing the front yard setback from 20 feet to 15 feet. Annie Young Park Board rep to the Planning Commission
