Well, Audrey and I have two different opinion of how long it takes of
getting through an agenda item - this is probably indicative of how long it
takes items to get through each of the Board's we sit on in our other
lives... I have noticed that School Board moves fairly rapidly while I know
when we are in planning on the Park Board discussions go way beyond the
allotted 5-10 minutes. I know that the School Board uses a different
meeting methodology called the Carver Model of Governance and they say it
has really helped them have more efficient meetings. Oh well.

So on the Ace Hardware situation I had figured at least 5 minutes on each
item up to # 12 but in order to be a little more accurate than either
Audrey or myself maybe you want to call the staff person Monday morning and
get their assessment of when it would be on the agenda.

Staff person is Jason Wittenberg at 673 -2297
