NEW CITY CABLE PROGRAM SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT MPL

" @ Your Library ", a new cable TV program featuring news, information, and stories from the Minneapolis Public Library, will debut at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 2 on City Cable Channel 14  (channel 34 in non-upgraded areas).

Hosted by Colin Hamilton, Executive Director of The Friends of the Minneapolis Public Library, the monthly half-hour program can be seen at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Each month @Your Library will visit a different branch of the Minneapolis Public Library system. The first show takes place at the downtown Central Library, and explores:

* Who are the Friends & why are they @Your Library? w/Arvonne Fraser
* New Planetarium will help us reach for the stars? w/ Bob Bonadurer,
* What's the magic number that connects us to countless facts & figures? w/ Nancy Corcoran
