You don't want to have flouresant or neon signs lighting up Lake Harriet and Lake Calhoun parkland, nor do you want to diminish the architecture with roof mounted or monument signs. I think Dairy Queen would be a great fit for the lake area concession stands, but signage should be looked at very carefully before signing any leases with them.
