It's too bad that Minneapolis doesn't have the multitudes of different 
custard vendors like Milwaukee has. :| (I forgot to get something from 
Kopps last time I went down there.)  Culvers is close, but they are 
pretty corprate too.  Kopps was just around Milwaukee and has 
*interesting* buildings that are very different, but don't alienate the 
area around them. (One of my favorite has a concrete walled off space 
with a courtyard in it, with a waterfall on one of the walls to create 
enough white noise so you don't think your 500ft from one of the busiest 
intersections in the area)
