I, for one, am sick and tired of the newscasters - primarily the TV ones - 
making sport of snow removal rules in Minneapolis.  They begin the piece by 
saying, "Now, listen up, this is complicated" and then proceed to roll their 
eyes and make the situation even worse because they do not understand the 
rules.

News broadcasts should enlighten and if the reporters are too lazy to dig out 
the story and get it right, they shouldn't touch it.  

I really don't know what to do about snow plowing in Minneapolis.  In parts 
of the city where there are numerous apartments and people have to park on 
the street, it is just impossible to do a good job.  In some areas a ban on 
overnight parking, ala the suburbs,  might be workable, but a difficult sell 
job.

So in the meantime, newscasters do your job and stop playing comedians.
