While sitting in Webb's Barbershop, I noticed a rehab across the street from the Barbershop on the Southeast corner of E 35th Street and Fourth Avenue. This is a large brick apartment building which was a burnout and has been vacant for quite a period of time. The scuttlebutt at the barbershop is that the building is owned by Basim Sabri. Does anyone know the details of the rehab? Market rate rentals? Subsidized rentals? Condos? Senior Rentals? Bill Dooley Ward 13 Kenny Here is the information from Henn.
