Also: I was trying to recall where I had seen the design feature everyone calls the "Bridge to Nowhere". In the Sunday New York Times there is a photo of a project Jean Nouvel worked on in Brooklyn. You'll see a marked similarity. The article by Herbert Muschamp that accompanies that photo and others is a good read.
