Someone should tell the redistricting commission that they moved the Hawthorne neighborhood into the 5th Ward, because the "Approved Ward Plan April 18, 2002" shows the Hawthorne neighborhood as residing in the 3rd Ward, with the possible exception of one or two blocks in the northwest corner of the neighborhood.
