So, David, Hennepin County is not Minneapolis? Would you insulate your list
from information that is absolutely germane to their health?
Since when did Minneapolis become an island unto itself, its issues
completely without influence from entities outside its immediate borders.
This does become obsessive, this business of discussion of issues as though
the city of Minneapolis is a world apart, unaffected by policies and
conditions that know no municipal boundaries. Air quality over Hennepin
County is air quality over Minneapolis and St. Paul and Minnesota, and the
decisions that affect that air quality at the state and local levels (as
well as federal) are key issues in discussion about Minneapolis and the
health of it citizens.
