Just took a really good look at the lines in Phillips
and it looks like Zimmerman is in the Ninth Ward with
Gary Schiff. Dean lives at 2416 17th Av S and it looks
like the northern border on 17th is at Franklin. If
someone has a better view, let me know. Guess it
doesn't pay to put forward your own redistricting map!
