STOP IT EVERYONE - WE ARE NOT WITHOUT REPRESENTATION AND WE DO NOT KNOW FOR HOW LONG.

When you wake up tomorrow morning you will still have the same Council member and call the same phone number with your issue or problem as the plan has not been finalized - there are still some more parts to the process.

After that there is the Bill at the Legislature discussing moving up election time to 2003.

If that fails then we have our current council member until 2005.

We don't not know all the answers yet and do not know all the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle. Hold on to your horses!  We still have precincts to go - identified by the City Council.  Oh Joy! Oh Rapture!

Now isn't this a fun way of learning Civics 101 that we ( and many others) probably were not taught in high school before we voted. This is the chapter on Gerrymandering and drawing maps.
