[Mpls] Tracking the Ice!

Well, what kind of an official game announcer  am I. I was actually  writing a grant about the time the Ice broke up according to the Hohmann report and didn't get out until almost 6 and went by the River (the other way from the lakes).  So thanks for everyone else staying focused on the ice issue - I have been busy doing so many other things.
