Tom raises and excellent point. Where is the bicycle parking?!! I would like to see a Minneapolis ordinance that requires one bicycle parking space for every car parking space that is financed by the city. It would only be fair play for those whose transportation choice does not contribute to global warming, air pollution, congestion, noise, and all of the other problems brought on by cars.
