I'd be interested to know how many times an establishment gets a decoy, the rate at which decoys are deployed, the ethnicity and location of the enstablishment. A geocode pattern of all that data would be quite interesting. I'm not sure if it's well known or not, but it's understood that if a off duty police officer flashes his/her badge at a club in Minneapolis, he gets all the free drinks he/she wants. I'm told that it's a perk of being an officer (even if off duty). One has to wonder what if that off duty officer doesn't get that free drink... more decoys? Thomas T. Thai S.
