The Seward Neighborhood Group agrees that there is no "battle". At their recent board meeting, there was a general consensus that they are open to sharing the Frnaklin Ave. LRT station w/ Franklin as the border. This makes the most sense; even if the border were Hiawatha, the 1/4 zone would extend into Ventura Village. This is an ideal way to bridge the gap...the no person's land... between the neighborhoods.
