Isn't that the basics of the Codefor program? -- keep count of the
locations where the most calls come from, and then concentrate police
resources on them and pursue stricter enforcement at those locations.
But some people were complaining about this program before -- now
we want to start our own on this list?
Tim Bonham, Ward 12, Standish-Ericson (new precinct 12-11, the only 11th
precinct in any ward in Minneapolis (because state law requires that the Mn
Veterans Home be a precinct of it's own.))
