We all want a good grocery, and I think that through the diligent efforts of the community and enlightened property owners I think we'll eventually get one. But let's not kid ourselves. There is nothing easy about this site for a new grocery, especially when Plymouth Church and the City of Minneapolis intend to raise the disabled population to over 30% (and beyond) in spite of City laws that prohibit such concentration. [TB] Give me a break. City laws do NOT prohibit the concentration of the disabled anymore than they prohibit the concentration of any other group. Any attempt at such a prohibition would likely be illegal. Terrell Brown Loring Park __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
