I totally agree.  I live in the neighborhood and have occasionally driven through the 
park to get to another destination.  My "use" of the park may have been different (not 
stopping) but my intentions were to go the long route, instead of the quickest, to 
take an enjoyable (and slow) scenic drive through the park.  It would be easy to put 
up some speek bumps, ban trucks, etc, to curb traffic.  They need to think more 
creatively to solve such problems.
