It looks like the salvage crew was here today and took the radiators, the oak buffets and left the rest, and left the building standing wide open.
The 4 plex is a 1920's style, oak mission trim, wide mopboard/baseboards, they left the newel post and spindles & bannister laying in a first-floor apartment. Dark Oak trim, oak built-in bookcase room dividers with doors (missing the glass), window latches, door hardware, oak plate rail in the dining rooms, at least one 5' clawfoot tub, maple narrow tongue & groove flooring (light finish). Like I said, it was left WIDE OPEN, front and back doors. 3708 Park Avenue. Probably coming down tomorrow. Wide open where anyone could walk in and save a bit or two.... before this becomes a flood pond victim, I mean property. -- Kim Goodman _______________________________________ Minneapolis Issues Forum - A Civil City Civic Discussion - Mn E-Democracy Post messages to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subscribe, Unsubscribe, Digest option, and more: http://e-democracy.org/mpls
