Hi folks - back from vacation and firing up the keyboard. While I appreciate Eduardo's interest in raising the "88" matter, it is not Minneapolis-specific - it is a national controversy (and indeed started in California). While Target Corp. is based in Minneapolis, this is a forum for city-specific issues and "88" appears to be a nationwide matter, not something Target is doing primarily in Minneapolis.
I'd appreciate it if we could move back to local issues and specific local effects.
