Mr. Herron is at the federal prison. He had earned furlough, which all 
prisoners who mind their ps & qs do about a month ago. He was denied 
furlough because his case is "too high a profile." Since the judge gave 
him a year (rather than 366 days), he will not be given a shorter time 
for good behavior. Unless something else comes into play [I'm not at all 
clear about the rules minutia of prisons] he will be out in March of 03. 
He's doing as well as can be expected under the circumstances. He's lost 
some weight. He's reading a lot.
