David Piehl writes: I agree with Barb - everything I've heard about Sherman & Associates has been basically positive, peppered with the usual minor differences of opinion, etc. It is unfortunate that they got dragged into the I35W expansion Project, but predictable. I believe the organizers of the Access/Expansion project know their project is of marginal value and rather unpopular in it's current form, so they're trying to "hitch" it to a project that is generally well received, the Nic/Lake project - using more taxpayer cash to entice people to like their project, rather than doing a project people will like in the first place....
