It appears that you may be correct Dan when you said "...this deal will already be done." The front page article in the latest Plymouth Church newsletter trumpets that all the funding for Lydia House has been secured and they will be ready to begin work on the building at the beginning of the year. NO mention of the lawsuit or how a ruling against the Plymouth Foundation/Church would affect their plans. Do they know something that the general public doesn't? Are they so confident about stripping away the 1/4 mile spacing rule that the outcome of the lawsuit is moot?
Having the membership of the Shelter Advisory Board made up from only shelter advocates is like having a transportation advisory board made up of only automobile executives.
