[MH] Yes, the delivery concept sounds good- in either Block E or City
Center. I'm also encouraged to hear Laura Sether clarify that the Mayor has
not offered funding for such a project (in Block E anyway). I do hope that
if a grocery goes into either Block E or City Center, it includes a
first-class, New York style deli. Whenever I visit NYC, one of my favorite
things is the ability to get a GREAT deli sandwich, pickle, chips and a cold
beer (eat in or take out) nearly 24 hours a day. I'm talking a top quality,
thick sandwich way-big-enough for two, and reasonably priced. Even if I'm
not downtown, I would drive miles out of my way for a good deli sandwich
after hours... and I'm not alone! It could become a destination spot!!

Just realized, it's time for dinner.
