THanks again to the people who replied (all offlist, sorry) to my query about what to ask at the first meeting with a new housing inspector.
I think the first meeting went very smoothly. I'm confident we have a good ground laid for working together in the future. Because you Suggested an agenda that needed covering in the introductory meeting, the committee got contact and other information out of the way in good time, and that left more time to comfortably get to know each other. I think we laid a good foundation for an effective working relationship.
